  • Q Does this product truly save energy and electricity?

    A Third-party testing shows that intelligent inverter technology saves 30%-50% more energy than traditional models. For example, operating at 25°C, the heater consumes only 0.8 kWh per hour (based on a 1500W model), meeting EU ERP energy efficiency standards.
  • Q Can I get a replacement for my fan remote control if it's lost?

    A Please contact customer service with the model number. We will ship a new remote control after payment (usually within 3-5 business days). We recommend keeping the original packaging, which contains the model number.
  • Q What is the product warranty period?

    A The entire unit is covered by a two-year warranty, and core components (such as the inverter motor and graphene heater) are covered by a five-year replacement or repair service. Non-intentional damage requires proof of purchase.
  • Q What should I do if my heater doesn't heat after turning it on?

    A First, check that the power is on and the temperature setting is above room temperature. If there is still no heat, it may be due to a heater failure. Please contact customer service with the product serial number. We will arrange for a technician to come and inspect the heater within 48 hours (free repairs during the warranty period).
  • Q How should I clean and maintain my fan/heater?

    A We recommend wiping the outer casing with a soft cloth monthly. The fan grille is removable and washable (let it dry before reinstalling). Use a brush to clean dust from the heater vents to prevent heat dissipation. Do not use corrosive cleaners.
